UWM Live! 2025 Promotional Activity | Prize Drawing
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY IS TO PROMOTE THE COTALITY BUSINESS OR THE SALE OF COTALITY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
2. Sponsor: CoreLogic, Inc. d/b/a Cotality with offices at 40 Pacifica, Suite 900, Irvine, CA 92618 is the official sponsor.
3. How to Enter: All UWM Live! 2025 attendees who submit their contact information at the Cotality booth between May 14-15, 2025, are eligible to enter for a chance to win a $7,500 dream vacation prize. Entrants must be U.S. residents and at least 21 years of age to qualify to win a prize.
4. Random Promotional Drawing: There will be one winner, determined by a random promotional drawing of all eligible entries. The promotional drawing will take place after 5:00 pm EST on May 15, 2025. The selected winner will be contacted by phone or email. You do not have to be present to win.
5. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
6. General: The retail value of the prize is $7,500 before applicable taxes
Each participant will be permitted 1 entry. Employees of Cotality and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. All entries must be received by 4:00 pm EST on the date noted above to be eligible. Winners will be notified directly based on the contact information provided. The prize will be delivered in the form of gift cards equal to the amount of the prize ($7,500), shipped directly to the winners through electronic format or traceable shipping and paid for by Cotality. By submitting your contact information, you authorize Cotality to notify you directly and send the prize to the address provided if you are randomly chosen as a winner. If you are selected as the winner, you consent to Cotality disclosing your name to third parties as the prize winner to promote transparency, fairness, and legitimacy in this promotional drawing. By submitting an entry, you are also agreeing to our Messaging Service Terms and Conditions and authorize Cotality to contact you regarding Cotality products and services via phone, email or SMS. You may opt out at any time.
7. Limitations on Liability: Void where prohibited by law. No cash substitute, transfer, or assignment of prize allowed. Cotality reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal and state taxes on the value of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner. Cotality is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed, or misdirected entries. Cotality reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate this drawing in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of the sweepstakes. By participating, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Cotality, its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and other individuals engaged in the development or execution of this drawing, from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to their participation in this promotional drawing or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in this promotional drawing.
