The solution employs catastrophe models tailored for Climate Risk, using IPCC-prescribed scenarios (SSP1-2.6, SSP2-4.5, SSP3-7.0, SSP5-8.5) across current and future years (2030, 2040, 2050). This yields detailed Chronic Peril indices for each scenario at the individual property level.
