Lisa Claes is our President, International, at Cotality, leading growth and operational performance across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Lisa brings deep expertise in data analytics, omni‑channel management, and risk management, and is known for driving sustainable growth through transformation across the financial services and property industries.
Lisa joined us in 2016 as Managing Director for the region. Previously, she was an Executive Director at ING, where she led retail and commercial banking operations and drove digital transformation strategies to support growth.
