She focuses on driving both cultural and technological transformation, championing a high-engagement, purpose-driven culture within the organization.
With over 20 years of experience building high-performing teams, Kendra previously scaled global HR operations and led teams at Viant Technology, Ingram Micro, PepsiCo, and Andersen Consulting.
