Patrick Dodd

Patrick (Pat) Dodd is our President and CEO at Cotality. He is leading the company's technological and cultural transformation, leveraging data and analytics to empower property professionals globally.

Since joining us in 2020, he spearheaded key initiatives, including our global cloud migration and the launch of major innovations like our Araya™ Platform and Climate Risk Analytics suite. Under his leadership, we have executed major acquisitions, expanded strategic partnerships worldwide, and successfully rebranded from CoreLogic to Cotality — tangible demonstrations of our mission to unify property professionals, and drive innovation around the world.

Previously, Pat served as Global President and Chief Commercial Officer at Nielsen Global Connect, bringing extensive international leadership experience from Asia, Europe, and North America. He serves on multiple industry and policy boards, reinforcing Cotality's commitment to industry advancement.
