Aaron Henry is our Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Cotality. He is responsible for overseeing the company's global legal and compliance functions. Aaron has a strong track record of leadership and expertise across the entire legal and compliance spectrum, and uses it to align management with Cotality's strategic growth.
Before joining the company in 2019, Henry served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at MoneyGram International, following senior legal roles at The Western Union Company and First Data Corporation.
