Voluntary Lien Status delivers nationwide property data for nearly 154 million parcels and identifies up to four open voluntary (mortgage) liens per property.
The dataset is delivered by geography or property type (residential, commercial). Each delivery includes all properties in the defined universe, including those with no open liens. Optional property valuation is available via Cotality’s THVx AVM.
Voluntary Lien Status supports key workflows across the property lifecycle, helping teams validate asset value and financial obligations, assess lending/investment risk, and strengthen compliance reporting. It also enables customer targeting and improves internal data quality.
