Selma Hepp is our Chief Economist at Cotality. She leads our economics team in analyzing, interpreting, and forecasting housing and economic trends across the real estate, mortgage, and insurance sectors. Selma is a trusted industry voice, presenting at national conferences regularly, and is frequently featured in major media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Bloomberg.
She has deep expertise in housing economics, having previously served as Chief Economist at Trulia and Pacific Union International. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland and has held advisory roles with NABE.
