Get on the right track: Optimize your Cotality™ INTRConnect® 2026 Experience
The goal for INTRConnect 2026, Cotality’s upcoming conference for the entire property insurance industry, is for all attendees to acquire “Intelligence beyond bounds™.”
Taking place on January 20-22, 2026, in the Washington D.C.-metropolitan area, the ultimate INTRConnect experience will deliver the perfect blend of practical knowledge and routine-challenging ideas to change the mindset you bring back to your work. The blend won’t be the same for everyone.

Attendees must register for the right track in order to build the best, most relevant knowledge base possible.
Choosing your INTRConnect track for the upcoming year is different than it has been in past conferences because Cotality has added two new training tracks that will take place alongside dedicated role-based programming. So instead of adjusters, estimators, and Insurtech trainers automatically finding their place in the claims or underwriting paths, there will also be Cotality solutions boot camps for those professionals whose digital needs are more pronounced.
By establishing two different solutions training tracks for professionals who are the most hands-on Cotality users, all INTRConnect programming will be more tailored to every attendee’s needs and expectations.
Below are some common scenarios for INTRConnect attendees, along with recommendations for the corresponding INTRConnect track:
- You’re an adjuster or estimator who needs a better handle on Cotality Claims Estimate or Cotality Claims Workspace. There’s a new track for this.
Just because you’ve been using Cotality Claims Estimate™ or Cotality Claims Workspace™ for a while doesn’t mean you have it all figured out. These solutions regularly have new updates, features, and functionalities that users don’t always have the chance to experience in the confines of a workday.
The Estimating Boot Camp training track is designed for experienced users of Estimate™ and Workspace™, and who need some Cotality experts to collaborate with them on how to maximize all the benefits of these robust estimating solutions.
In this track, you’ll network closely with people who have the same questions you do, ensuring every question you have, and even those you may not even know you have, get answered.
Choose this track for hands-on, scenario-based training so that when you return to your claims work, you’ll be even more confident using the systems in high pressure situations.
- You’re a Certified Cotality Trainer (or want to become one) and need more hands-on experience in Cotality Claims platforms. There’s a new track for this.
It’s not often that corporate trainers get to pause and focus on their own training. Yet at Cotality, we understand that Insurtech trainers need dedicated programming to hone their own skills — to stay a step ahead of the adjusters they are tasked with training.
Since this need resonates so deeply within the Cotality user base, INTRConnect will now also feature a training track specifically directed to technical teachers responsible for keeping adjusters comfortable with Estimate and Workspace.
Opt for the ‘Train the Trainer’ Certification track and become a confident, certified trainer for all users of Cotality Estimate and Workspace. Engage with other trainers and gain insights on different ways to transfer knowledge.
As the inaugural “graduates” of this program, you’ll also gain access to our training portal and get to test upcoming beta features in Claims platforms.
Note: Level 2 Cotality Claims certification is required to pursue this route at INTRConnect 2026.
- You’re an insurance professional who wants to explore the modern challenges and solutions within claims, underwriting, or catastrophe risk.
Similar to previous years, INTRConnect’s Insurance programming is segmented into three different tracks — Claims, Underwriting, and Catastrophe Risk. Since technical concepts will be addressed in the aforementioned training tracks, these traditional insurance tracks will contain sessions that dig further into thought leadership. These sessions will be hosted by industry experts devoted to claims, underwriting, and catastrophe risk, respectively.
Perhaps if you’ve been to INTRConnect and experienced one of these tracks before, you may want to explore one of the others. The catastrophe risk presentations could easily be enlightening for underwriters who confront peril risk every day.
- You’re looking for a restoration focus.
The restoration audience at INTRConnect 2026 will be bigger than ever before. The restoration programming will be broken into tracks based on your specific role in property restoration:
- Business owners
- Business operations
- Sales/marketing
- Field operations
- Water mitigation roles
Companies are encouraged to bring their entire team, with sessions that fuel collaboration between all restoration professionals. We will explore interoperability within an organization as well as with insurance professionals, to explore how to build a more efficient ecosystem overall that benefits everyone.
A monumental experience in DC
While it’s impossible to go wrong with any track at INTRConnect, there are now better options for claims professionals who need some extra support with the digital component of their positions. This means more personalized sessions for every member of our audience, which is set to be bigger than ever before.
All attendees, whether in a training or traditional role-based track, also will have opportunities to network at meals and evening receptions. Every INTRConnectee will also experience thought leadership through the enlightening keynote programming that catches everyone.
