Get a clearer picture with a reimagined homepage
Your homepage is the command center of your tax operations, and now it’s smarter than ever. We’ve overhauled the Portfolio Overview to give you a more intuitive and actionable summary of your data.
The new homepage allows you to instantly:
- See inventory trends over the last 30 days to understand portfolio movement.
- Identify action-required items, such as updated legals or exceptions, in one centralized view.
- Monitor case activity and performance metrics through simplified, high-level summaries.
This streamlined design moves away from cluttered menus and presents your most critical data in a clean, visual format, so you can focus on what needs your attention now.
Create and share your custom dashboard views
Do you find yourself running the same data queries every day? With our new custom dashboard feature, you can build and save personalized views tailored to your specific needs. Whether you need to monitor high-liability suspended loans, track properties in a specific region, or analyze loans by investor, you can now create a customized view, save it, and even share it with your team.
This powerful new capability allows you to:
- Save layouts and filters so you never have to rebuild your view again.
- Share views to give your team instant access to the exact same data.
- Interact with real-time data that is constantly refreshed for the most current insights.
Stay ahead with the centralized Flashlines dashboard
Keeping up with agency updates is critical for compliance and timely payments. To make this easier, we’ve consolidated all agency updates into a single Flashlines Dashboard. This centralized hub provides a comprehensive view of all recent Flashlines, allowing you to see which of your liens are impacted by an agency’s ELD or other payment shifts and take action with a single click. For your convenience, individual Flashlines are still available in the Knowledge Center if you need to reference original documents.
