Welcome Jason Nicosia to Cotality
We are pleased to announce that Jason Nicosia has joined Cotality as Sr Principal, National Real Estate Solutions. In this senior leadership role, Jason will serve as a strategic advisor to our enterprise real estate clients, ensuring Cotality's data and technology solutions are fully aligned with their long-term business objectives and growth strategies.
Jason is a highly respected veteran in the residential real estate and PropTech space. He brings a distinguished track record of driving national franchise expansion and managing complex enterprise deals for some of the industry’s most recognizable global brands. Throughout his career, Jason has been recognized for his ability to navigate high-stakes discussions with C-suite influencers, helping large-scale real estate organizations identify new opportunities through technology and data-driven insights.
Prior to joining Cotality, Jason held key leadership positions at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and Anywhere Real Estate (formerly Realogy), where he led national sales and franchise growth initiatives.
