5 reasons to bring your entire restoration team to Cotality INTRConnect 2026

Collaboration is invaluable for any organization. Tapping into the diverse perspectives of every professional in a company is so important, especially within the property restoration industry that has been impacted by a wide range of environmental and economic factors.
Often, field professionals have simmering ideas that could be the foundation for brilliant operational workflows.
Alas, there is rarely time for leaders gathering everyone’s thoughts in a workday — or even in a week. Or year.
Too often, there are too many other pressing tasks to complete. Too many jobs that prevent onsite workers from mingling with those in the office. As a result, individual contributors may not feel comfortable coming to the table with a thought that could transform and improve how everything works.
INTRConnect®, Cotality’s annual conference for all professionals across the property insurance ecosystem, presents a unique opportunity for strategic collaboration among restoration teams. Not only will the 2026 conference guide discussion and deep communication between restoration professionals, but it provides parallel opportunities for restoration professionals to learn from their insurance counterparts.
INTRConnect 2026 will provide an invaluable professional opportunity for all property industry professionals, but restoration organizations that bring their entire teams to the event will optimize their experience.
It’s far more effective for everyone in a restoration organization to attend INTRConnect. So much ground will be covered at the event, from implementation to regulatory changes, and from customer experience innovations to operational efficiency breakthroughs; it would be too much for one person to absorb and effectively translate back to the entire team.
Here are five reasons for restoration businesses to bring every role in their organization to the event:
1. All tracks are designed to deliver practical knowledge and experience.
As with previous years, INTRConnect is divided between thought leadership-driven keynotes, track-based breakout programming, and networking opportunities. The restoration track segments are based on roles — distinct and practical programming for different categories of restoration professionals: business owners, business operations, sales and marketing, water mitigation, and field operations. There is also a technical training track for adjusters (see point # 2 below).
The theme of the event is "Intelligence beyond bounds™.” Cotality plans to deliver on this by providing the most relevant insurance intelligence insights from presenters who have already achieved success in the roles performed by our attendees.
There will be fireside chats with well-known business executives directed to business owners, networking how-to sessions and practice directed to sales and marketing professionals, and workshops directed to field professionals during which they will use their own laptops for workflow practice. Each set of role-specific sessions is designed to ensure attendees can apply what they learn to their jobs right away.
In addition to coming home with practical knowledge and insights immediately relevant to their jobs, certain restoration professionals will walk away with IICRC credits, with INTRConnect 2026 formally approved for IICRC Continuing Education Credit (CEC) hours. Any IICRC registrant in the Cleaning & Restoration, Master, or Inspection Certification categories may be awarded up to 14 CEC hours.
2. There are now technical training tracks for adjusters, independent adjusters, and contractors.
This is the first year that Cotality will offer two technical training tracks for users of Cotality Workspace™ and/or Cotality Estimate™. One is designed for in-the-field users of these estimate generation solutions while the other targets corporate trainers who teach professionals how to use these solutions.
The Estimating Bootcamp is for adjusters, IAs and contractors who use Cotality Workspace™ or Cotality Estimate™. This is a fast-paced, two-day program to familiarize anyone who writes estimates with Cotality’s constantly evolving systems, setting users up to take full advantage of all the relevant updates that will help them perform better and speedier.
Attendees will engage in short instructional segments, guided discussion, and hands‑on activities using Claims Estimate™. The course presents real‑world scenarios and guides attendees to engage in critical thinking. In just two days, attendees will build proficiency in diagramming and estimating for property insurance claims.
Also occurring during breakout sessions is the ‘Train the Trainer’ Certification track. Technical trainers who attend will become confident, certified teachers of Estimate™ and Workspace™. This track will present critical opportunities to engage with other trainers and learn the best methods for knowledge transfer.
After “graduating” this short bootcamp, attendees will become officially certified to train users of these platforms, all while gaining access to Cotality’s training portal. They’ll also get to test upcoming beta features in Cotality platforms.
3. Thought leadership isn’t just for business leadership.
A single idea can be the catalyst for real change in your organization and, as a result, our industry. And at INTRConnect, expert speakers from across the property insurance ecosystem will be sharing their perspectives on the industry’s most imminent issues and forecasting what is to come. These keynotes will take the main stage to deliver these thoughts, relevant to all audience members, before participants disperse to their specific track-based programming.
This year, academics, executives, and scientists will be adding to everyone’s “Intelligence beyond bounds” so that when your team does have the chance to gather at INTRConnect, everyone is in an innovative mindset.
Don’t gatekeep these insights. Give everyone on your team the opportunity to receive messaging that could spark transformational ideas.
4. Spread understanding of where restoration fits into the entire property insurance ecosystem.
Understanding the bigger picture isn't just for decision-makers. When every person sees how their job contributes to the greater purpose of insurance—from building community resilience to ensuring generational security—they are more motivated to excel. INTRConnect is designed to help everyone, from administrators to adjusters, grasp the true impact of their daily work.
In an industry with high turnover, this kind of context is vital. By hearing firsthand stories about insurance lifecycles and talking to their counterparts, individual contributors will gain the perspective that can inspire them to stay committed to their roles and even grow within them.
5. The more the merrier, but NOT more expensive.
Cotality realizes the value of bringing the entire team for powerful enlightenment and collaboration. There is a deal for restoration companies who bring their whole team: when you buy four passes, you get one free.
And, early bird pricing applies, even with the group deal, through November 28.
