I’m delighted to win this award. The Ashden Award panel has faced a difficult choice with an impressive alumni of past winners. But we believe our approach stands out. The UK has the oldest, coldest homes in Europe. Every home is unique. There is no silver bullet for delivering warm homes, but what we can do is use data to work smarter in the design of individual projects and whole asset planning. That preparation, backed up in delivery by other Cotality services such as our PAS Hub workflow software, independent retrofit assessment and coordination, delivers savings and supports quality, which in turn delivers the goals of decarbonisation and affordable bills

In 2024 it was acquired by Cotality, with an intent to apply the data-led approach to climate mitigation and resilience in other parts of the world.
