We have EPC data for our housing stock, why do we need Portfolio?
The EPC is a snapshot; Portfolio is the strategic roadmap to Net Zero. While EPCs are a necessary regulatory baseline, open EPC data is limited, can be up to 10 years old, and has considered limited options. Portfolio is essential because it is a sophisticated analytical engine that provides actionable insights:
