Ventilation provision checklist
The retrofit design requires that the Ventilation Checklist from Building Regs is completed. You can download the checklist here so the Retrofit Designer can complete it and upload to PAS hub.

The retrofit design requires an Air Tightness strategy is completed, we have included a template that you can download here.
Overheating assessment
PAS 2035:2023 requires each property to be assessed for overheating when installing insulation measures. You can download the below statement to include within the retrofit design.

Where the retrofit assessor or retrofit coordinator has identified a heritage significance with the building or area a Heritage Impact Assessment will need be included within the retrofit design documents. You can download an example template here.

Site visit conflict of interest statements
As a Retrofit Coordinator you will need to inform the customer who will be collecting evidence for projects where a site visit isn't required and also if another qualified person is carrying out the site visit, other than yourself. You can download examples of Conflict of Interest statements below.
