Yorkshire Building Society adopts Cotality’s Lender Hub to enhance property decisioning with AVM and EPC Data

London, UK – 10 December 2025 - Cotality is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Yorkshire Building Society to deliver its Automated Valuation Model (AVM) services alongside EPC and energy efficiency data for residential properties integrating with its Lender Hub platform.
