The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ rankings feature organisations that have excelled in helping their employees experience exceptionally high levels of well-being.  

To compile the prestigious list, culture experts at Great Place To Work analysed thousands of anonymous employee surveys. They assessed holistic experiences of well-being at work through fundamental facets such as work-life balance, a sense of fulfilment, overall job satisfaction, and financial security. The evaluations also measured how consistently an organisation delivers this positive employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
