Wendy Gater is Senior Director, Marketing at Cotality, based in Sydney. In her role, she leads marketing strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand, driving brand growth, market influence, and high‑impact storytelling for Cotality’s data‑powered insights.

Wendy brings more than 20 years of strategic marketing and communications experience, with a proven record of delivering growth, transformation, and customer engagement across complex global markets. She has held senior regional roles at Hilton Asia Pacific and Nielsen, where she led major brand, communications and business‑transformation programs, repositioned portfolios, and supported large‑scale expansion across multiple sectors.

A passionate leader and mentor, Wendy is committed to developing talent and strengthening marketing capability. She has supported emerging professionals through the University of Sydney Business School’s Industry Mentoring Program and as a certified youth mentor, and holds a Master of Marketing from Massey University.
