The NZ Cordell Construction Cost Index (CCCI), formerly the CHIP Report, is a quarterly industry report that measures the rate of change of construction costs within the residential market to build a 'standard' 200 sqm three-bedroom, two-bathroom single storey brick and tile house in Aotearoa.

The CCCI is lined up against National CPI figures, providing valuable context on how the building industry is moving in relation to other consumer industries.

The CCCI includes expert commentary on key market factors and cost of supplies and labour.

Insurers, quantity surveyors, developers, builders & building suppliers, architects, economists, policy advisers, property professionals and the construction industry.

CoreLogic researches, tracks and reports on materials and labour costs which flows through our Cordell construction solutions to help businesses make better decisions, estimate rebuild and insurance quotes easily and, ultimately, appropriate risk effectively.
